Helps with arch/heel pain

After experiencing severe arch/heel pain after sleeping I was desperate for some relief. It really eased the pain. I use it in the evening and in the morning when I feel pain in the arches. Feels best when used barefoot on a hard floor surface. I ended up buying another one just to have in my office!

I found an oddly shaped rubber ball lying around and found it massaged my feet quite well just by rolling it on the floor. I later discovered that
