Protects your equipment in the right rack

Double sided door for easy mounting options. It's bigger and heavier than I expected. met the needs but the value for money was not there

Okay, but you may need a set of taps and dies to use the screw holes

Pros: Sturdy construction, good paint job, thoughtful design, patch panel space, reversible door, lots of knockout holes. The screw holes in the rack had to be cut to fit the included screws - poor quality control. Both M6 and 12-24 taps were not done properly. This is very frustrating because this is usually found out at the end of the project. Other notes: Being a decent gauge steel, banging into the case with anything other than a drill bit is a long process. I added a temperature sensorโ€ฆ

Very weak material: Racks and cabinets

Likes: This is a 5U vertical network rack as described with 5 cable/duct access holes on top and bottom. We were happy to see that these holes were at the top and bottom as it wasn't that obvious in the product photos. Dislikes: VERY CHEAP METAL. From the outer casing to the lock itself. Upon opening the cardboard packaging, which itself appeared to be completely intact, we noticed some rattling from the inside. Our first thought was that maybe the package containing the screw had accidentallyโ€ฆ

Great device, very durable

The Navepoint 5U is a great device and well made. I connected an outlet to the device to protect my switches. This device is used in the marijuana business that requires protection of all servers and switches including the power supply. Love the fact that the steel looks like 16 gauge, very strong. I installed the wood backboard and then attached it to the wood on the drywall. Very happy with the purchase and will buy again.
