This product is not made to last. We started using this in our sink the first week of July 2019 and have been on holiday for at least a month since then (so product hasn't been used) and the black coating has already worn off on the bottom and is starting to rust in mine new stainless steel sink. Don't buy this. Looks good, love the size but it's a waste of money. If the product could be improved (same size and functionality) to last longer, I would happily buy it again.

I didn't think there were so many factors to consider when buying a dish dryer, but apparently people use them differently! I'll tell you how I use it and also try to look at some other possibilities.
