I get compliments every time I wear this necklace. You would think that eventually everyone you see everyday would see this and become old news. No, I've had this necklace for about a year and I still get compliments on it. Recently it's started to fade on the back (after a year of heavy use) where it touches my skin, but for now it's more like mine. Blame for not taking care of it. Either I outbid or take care of the jewelry.

Bought as a gift for my mother-in-law. She liked it but I was a little disappointed. I thought it looked the same on both sides. It is not. The back of the crystal is covered with a metal frame. Care must be taken to ensure that the chain does not lie back when worn. This makes it look like a cheap necklace. If you don't mind mounting the crystal like this, that's great. Either way, it's a nice necklace, but probably not as a gift.
