It was the width and style I was looking for but they were too heavy and thick. It's not regulated at all. Because of the thickness they brag about, you would think they would tell you it's non-adjustable. This is very good quality. It just won't work for me.

I really liked the bracelet, it fits perfectly. Serves its purpose, but doesn't stand out as a medical tool. Mixes in like a jewelry accessory but will stand out among medics :)

customer service was very good. But you have to pay the postage for return. The engraving inside is barely visible. Isn't the key point to alert the paramedics in an emergency? Although the bracelet appears to be high quality and well made, it is tiny and doesn't seem to bend! 7 inches around. Didn't think it would be a problem. The "hole" or opening is 1 1/4" in diameter, my wrist is closer to 1 3/4". That extra 1/2 inch makes a BIG difference.
