Poor finish - puller

Has the makings of a decent tool but really poor build quality, with rough cutting edges and one side with threaded holes for handles/bolts for hand use. In order to be able to use the thread, it must be recut with a thread cutter and the cut edges filed.

This is garbage from China, don't buy it!

The tool is worthless. It's junk from China with instructions in Chinese and other non-English languages. I was still able to follow the instructions and it doesn't work! Yes it will twist the wires together but it will not strip the wires as claimed. crap, don't buy it! I will be returning this unusable item.

Works great, instructions are horrible

The tool works great. Easily capable of stripping and twisting even thick wire (up to 12g), it seems limited only by the strength of your hand or a drill. The instructions are bad beyond terrible. My only praise is that her English is better than my Chinese. I felt compelled to rewrite the instructions and those shown in the attached pictures. Please feel free to use them at your own risk.

Additional tool that needs practice to be useful

Wire Twister is useful for those who frequently use wire nuts on a daily basis. Otherwise it is optional. It's not clear if you need a separate tool for 4 or 5 wires and how much wire is wasted on that tool. It also doesn't address typical situations where wires are of different sizes and types, such as: B. the solid and stranded wires found in lighting fixture wiring using 180 or 16 gauge stranded wire versus 14 or 12 gauge wire.

It definitely doesn't look like the photos!

I enjoyed using this tool in my work. Surprisingly, my splices looked very different from the pictures. It didn't look like the instruction videos. I didn't read this anywhere but I may have missed it but it WILL NOT DISCONNECT AND CONNECT ANY TYPE OF WIRE EXCEPT HARD COPPER. Any other wire, and he turns it into a ball and instantly breaks it. Don't Disappoint - Wire Stripper

I'm not a professional but I've done many DIY projects involving electricity. Read many reviews on this and competing products. I chose this one mainly because the cutter head was better angled for cutting the screen. Read the instructions and try wire 12-2 correctly. It worked pretty well. Then I increased it to two sets of 12-2 and realized it took a little practice. The sweep is pretty good and the twist is pretty clean.
