Yes it works. But here's something. Get rid of that stupid spatula first. It does not matter. Apply the cream with your fingers and then wash your hands. And it says the cream should only be used for 5 minutes or 10 minutes if the hair is VERY thick. I used it for 12-13 minutes after several failed attempts.
