Big update! the best amps

The amp was broken when it arrived but Julie at Neoteck was kind enough to send me a replacement and it works great. I am very happy with Julie's new and service. [UPDATE] Unfortunately I have to deduct three stars as the replacement also turned out to be faulty. I was listening to music when the sound was gone. The device did not light up - when you turn it on, the red light is on. Tried turning it off and on didn't help. Unplugged power cord (it was fully charged) and plugged it back in, no…

Smart when it works - good customer support

Inexpensive so I wasn't expecting much in terms of overall quality. That said, the build quality is actually decent, with solid body, switch/knob, etc. The sound can be good, but every now and then I do hear an odd hum that seems to be cured by plugging the supplied cables into the amp's jacks. I'm not sure if it's due to EMI, bad soldering, bad design or bad cables. This happens with any laptop or phone, regardless of the device used. This amp can blow your tunes into your headphones and still sound clean!

When I bought this amp I had doubts that it would meet my needs. Young! Am I wrong? Despite the fact that the instructions say it only puts out 40 milliwatts, it will certainly be able to play your tunes without distortion. I certainly wouldn't use it for anything other than a headphone amp, but as a headphone amp I was very surprised that it exceeded my expectations! My Sennheiser HD6 Mix headphones have an impedance of 150 ohms which some cheaper amps may have a hard time driving to a decent…
