Inadequate or no customer support when you have a problem

The purpose of this review is to outline my unsatisfactory experience with Netis Systems customer service and technical support, which applies to all Netis products. I bought a Netis Systems WF-2109 wireless adapter from Microcenter. I've tried four times to download the drivers from the CD to my desktop AND laptop. After going through the whole process including restarting the computer, the drivers wouldn't load on either my desktop or laptop. a message asking you to leave your voicemail. No…
