Inadequate or no customer support when you have a problem

The purpose of this review is to outline my unsatisfactory experience with Netis Systems customer service and technical support, which applies to all Netis products. I bought a Netis Systems WF-2109 wireless adapter from Microcenter. I've tried four times to download the drivers from the CD to my desktop AND laptop. After going through the whole process including restarting the computer, the drivers wouldn't load on either my desktop or laptop. a message asking you to leave your voicemail. No call back after 2 hours. When I called back, I spoke to Maria, who gave me a second phone number to call tech support at (866) 716-3896. Again I get a recorded message. When I tried to call back I got the recorded message again through the tech support option. I then tried other options like "Sales" which also recorded the message. After many tries, I finally found a man who claimed his name was John. I think he gave me a fake name because he was blunt and hesitant to give his name. This person made no effort to fix the problem and simply told me that my computer was incompatible. I asked how he knew this because if the drivers don't load you can't try to use the product to see if it works (ie compatible). He refused to accept the logic and hung up. I called Maria back who promised the manager would call me. I promised to hold my breath until they called me back. There was no call back. This product may work for some, but if it doesn't, you're probably out of luck because this company doesn't have tech support. I noticed that one reviewer (of the WF-2109 wireless adapter) stated that they worked with tech support for several days to get the product working. who wanna do it NOT ME!
