Upgraded AC Compressor, Model: 4711538 Review

Denso is a great auto parts company! Since it was installed with a condenser my AC is nice and cool so far, just hoping it can handle the Florida heat!

Works great so far. The air conditioner is freezing. You don't have to change the capacitor, as all mechanics say. Simply inflate and deflate nitrogen on both sides. Then after the installation is complete, pull a good vacuum cleaner, that's all. I did it that way. Works well, still mowing October 2017

My son in law has an elevator so the installation was pretty quick and the job only cost me 6 packs of beer. The air conditioning is now working properly and just in time for a wet North Carolina summer! Basically it is an OEM part. The bad one was the same make and model as the replacement

Purchased July 2013, broke May 2015. I bought this because it was the OEM for my 2004 Accords A/C compressor. A little less than two years later, the AC clutch failed (takes 12V power from the AC ECU but does nothing with it. The clutch is earthed externally to a ground on the compressor housing). The Densos guarantee is only 1 year. for this compressor.

This compressor fits perfectly and was installed by my mechanic with no problems. As a side note, make sure you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle. Sometimes just providing the year/make/model is not enough. Verify that no additional criteria are required. The first part ordered did not fit and had to be returned. The price was much lower than what the seller asked for.

after a long delay and uncertainty i finally settled on this part, my mechanic told me when he got the part to fit it that it would not fit my car would. I insisted he get the old one out and tried to put that one in anyway. it gave up after a few weeks just when I was about to return it and guess what, THIS IS A GREAT FIT. DONE .just need to get a new belt. This part is a perfect match for my 2003 UK production Honda Accord 4 door sedan with 2.4 liter engine. Thanks

It turns out that after 3 months the screw came loose and the clutch was damaged. Called Denso and they said they do not offer any guarantees on their products sold through Revain.
