High quality shoes for observation, outdoor activities and hiking. New Balance shoes have their own ways of communicating between people's personalities. I was expecting the quality of this shoe to be the same or even better than the 7 pairs of New Balance 574 shoes I bought from Revain a few years ago but this is it not the case. case with this. I mean, I found that this new "V2" version doesn't have good cushioning or soft padding on the inside. I usually like New Balance shoes, but these shoes are smaller and narrower than regular shoes. I love the style and they look like they wear well. Luckily I have a shoe tree to make them more comfortable. I recommend anyone interested in these shoes to buy at least 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. I usually wear size 7 New Balance shoes and don't need a large width. Based on other reviews I ordered 7 wide ones and found that they are not only small in length but also very narrow.

I am a dedicated NB user. I have many pairs and I all wear the same size and they fit comfortably. However, they are too small despite being the same size I always wear. They hurt my feet, I've been trying to see if it gets better after a pair of socks but unfortunately it doesn't and I'm afraid I've put on too many of these to go back now. Take half a size larger than usual.

These shoes are so poorly made. I had to order a replacement pair as the first pair had an issue with the tongue curling up to the top of my foot. The second pair does the same. The problem is that the stitching doesn't go far enough to keep the corners of the tongue down when you pull to tuck your foot into the boot. I can't believe these are actually New Balance shoes as far as I can tell from their junk and disposal.

I have had a 574 for over 15 years and I always look forward to a new pair. legs like pillows. I was surprised to see that these dark green boots had faux leather (plastic) on the toe box, in fact the entire circumference of my foot is encased in plastic. Needless to say, my feet sweat excessively, resulting in smelly socks at the end of the day. I hope to buy 574 again, but I will definitely only buy these shoes with tradition, suede.

Very happy with this purchase. These 574s look GREAT, feel very sturdy and comfortable as expected and I can wear them with almost anything which adds a touch of elegance to my outfit. I also ordered green. I just can't get enough of the good stuff. Very happy that New Balance have taken the Iconic 574 to the next level.

If you like the NB design (like me!) you already love the 574 but beware if you are looking for a large size be on it prepared to be disappointed. Although they are available to order, I think New Balance is smaller than their shoes (much to my disappointment) so their 2E version is just their regular D width marked 2E and the 4E is actually the NB -Equivalent of the 2E. This is just my opinion as I have never found the 4E in an orderable colour, so I have yet to confirm this myself. But the 2E
