The shoes I bought were defective. The base of the tongue is not sewn to the inside of the shoe. The tongue has loose, hard edges that fold over and create a large, uncomfortable bump on the top of the foot. I have tested other New Balance shoes and they do not have this problem. These shoes are fake, factory defect or something. In addition, they are very thick and bulky, making for a much tighter fit than the usual new Balance.

I have owned 574s for over 15 years and always look forward to a new pair. Perfect fit and they cushion my feet like pillows. I was surprised to see that these dark green boots had faux leather (plastic) on the toe box, in fact the entire circumference of my foot is encased in plastic. Needless to say, my feet sweat excessively, resulting in smelly socks at the end of the day. I hope to buy 574 again, but I will definitely only buy these shoes with tradition, suede.

Beautiful appearance, not very comfortable. It feels like walking on plywood. I'll have to try getting those gel pads and see if it gets better. Not satisfied, especially for the price. ***Update, well I've run in these shoes with and without gel inserts, they just don't like them. very uncomfortable. They sat in my closet for several months, tried on again and again. you suck Now I just want to give them away. 70 dollars. Big mistake.

I really like these shoes. I think they look good. Love the color burgundy. Paisley is a nice touch. I wear them to walk my dog, ride them 7-8 miles a day for the last 3 months and they are holding up well. A bit tight but I wear a size 17 so it's difficult to find the right shoes.

I bought these shoes for my son for his birthday and was shocked that they didn't fit and as I bought them so far in advance I can't return them.

I have wide feet so I choose comfortable New Balance shoes. I'm a fan of 574 Classics Beetles. These are spacious and comfortable. I should have bought a size 14 (instead of 15) because I have more than enough room in it (although it is with me). Great fast shipping and quality shoes!

I've wanted to buy New Balance shoes for a long time and I have to tell you that at the time I regretted not having bought these shoes. These shoes are surprisingly comfortable, well cushioned and fit great overall. I used them a lot during the week and I had no complaints.

This is a really good pair of shoes but they are half a size smaller than I expected. I always buy US size 12, previous New Balance mens X90Rv1 are size 12 and fit perfectly, previous Reebok and Asics were also size 12 and they were fine. Perhaps this is a specific model that needs to be bought half a size larger than usual.

The quality of these shoes definitely has to be said, they are just great for walking, they look good and you never seem to get tired of wearing these shoes.

All 574s fit the same and look very similar. So if you own a 574, you can bet you can install it in a different color combination. Green with black, and the toe box and upper are leather or leather, which is great as 574s often have suede on the bottom and then knit on top, which is great for cooling but not warming. or don't let water through so they work great especially in colder climates. I needed army green sneakers and this color combination is very good. Really meets my needs.

I bought these as a gift for my brother who has a hard time finding good shoes in his size (17W). He's happy, so I'm happy! 😁 574 classic and comfortable for a 12-hour shift.

I love the color and the look of these shoes. Unfortunately I couldn't give five stars. I need to exchange it for another size (larger) because of an inaccurate shoe size.

I really love her! Very convenient! I'm a size 9.5 and it worked for me and it was a little tight. But if you wear a 9.5, I strongly recommend going for a size 10.

I bought my son's size 12 and they were too small. He had severe pain in his toenails. I definitely had to size him up by maybe 2 sizes if he was going to be wearing socks.

Comfortable shoes but after wearing them for a little over a month and wearing them maybe 3 times a week with little effort I didn't expect them to start falling apart. The inside starts to wear out, the hem starts to unravel and the sole starts to slip. Wasn't wet or anything. Just wear them to work. Very comfortable, just didn't expect them to fall apart.

I loved these sneakers, they fit great and were surprisingly comfortable. THEN the side of the shoe burst! And that was a week after my return deadline! I'm wondering if I should return the reds while I still can! So annoying! 😡🤬

These shoes are not bad, I ordered them in a large size and they fit in that regard. Definitely half a size too small. The leather cap on the toe box doesn't seem to match the size of the shoe.

New Balance sneakers have always been my go-to in the past. I have always been satisfied with their product. As always, I ordered the shoes in width, but I would have liked them to be a bit wider. In general I am satisfied with the shoes, I recommend.
