Comfortable, great color but.

Comfortable, great color but doesn't suit me. I have very narrow feet and find it difficult to find shoes that fit and are cheap. I was happy to find this shoe up to $35 cheaper, so I ordered my normal size, 9AA. The shoes are light and beautiful. Just standing in sneakers is great; However, when walking, my foot is not supported by the laces and my foot slides forward a bit, especially when walking downhill. I tried a slightly thicker sock but my foot still slips a little. This might turn out…

Ideal for not very active walks

I bought these shoes on August 26, 2018 to help me with my daily walking training. That's no more than 3 miles a day. And certainly not 7 days a week. Within 45 days the soles started to wear out. Too soft. Maybe it was part of the design that the soles were soft for comfort. Well this is a stupid design as they are useless for 3 months. The upper looks like new but the sole is junk. For shoes over $100 I would recommend buying other shoes unless you think it is worth spending that much for 3…

Okay, the shoe seems to come second - should it be advertised if it is?

This shoe does not seem to be what you are looking for from this company. I've bought from New Balance before and they were all hiking shoes. I find that this shoe lacks the arch and the insole lining seems to be missing. This shoe is small for my size 5 1/2 with thin cushioning and the other foot which is slightly smaller is also tight. The toe of a medium sized walker (B) is not what it should be. My usual size for hiking boots is a size 6. I would buy a full size up if buying this shoe but…

Replacement for discontinued WW1765V2

Don't be fooled by the word 'Trail' in the product name. While New Balance makes hiking shoes, this style isn't one of them. THIS IS *FITNESS* WALKING SHOES. AND SHORT HALF SIZE. As you can see in the attached pictures I have both previous styles of this shoe (original pink WW1765 and updated blue WW1765V2). It's built the same as the WW1765 except for cheaper materials (just not as cheap as the WW1765V2). As such they are more durable, with higher arches and a tighter fit than the WW1765V2…

Order one size bigger and wider

Nice shoes, more in line with what is in fashion at the moment. I need soft, supportive shoes. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and feet. I can only be awake for an hour or two at most. That being said, I don't like shoes that look like a shoebox, square and unattractive. They are really cute and comfy. I ran out of my last pair of New Balance running shoes and so did these. I have a width of 8.5. I bought 9 extra wide. I could probably increase it to 9.5, but that might be too much. The time…
