The seniors I bought them for had two problems. Most critically, while stepping on the scale, one of them stepped on the edge and knocked the scale over, nearly losing his balance. The second problem was a voice with an accent that a person with hearing aids could not understand.

I am very happy with this scale. I am overweight and have some mobility issues. This scale is very low to the ground and large enough that I can stand on it with both feet and still see and hear the huge number being read. My son had to try this and I could hear this powerful voice in my living room with the TV on. With this scale, your weight is no longer a secret.

This scale looks very modern and stylish. If you have a modern bathroom, this is fine. I would give 5 stars HOWEVER there is a small issue with the weight. I've found that the scale remembers your weight since you last weighed it in and displays it the next time you step on the scale, so I have to get off the scale and weigh something else to wipe my weight off my face.
