Drains batteries while sitting.

There is a switch, but it's no use. Insert two fully charged Canon batteries, leave it for 4 days and your batteries will be dead. It is better to take some spare batteries with you.

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to it
Cons
  • Infinitely lazy

Not suitable for the photographer

Not suitable for the photographer. First, it is very difficult to remove the batteries from the device. And to take out your tip card you have to remove the whole piece and then you have to remove the batteries before you can put it back in.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Works very well and looks great and feels good

Taken by camera for eating batteries while just sitting! This "looks" good, but doesn't work. Gave away $60. Edit: I bought different batteries (not Canon - too expensive) and they work fine now. I like that the battery compartment is tucked away in the handle. The appearance of this handle = excellent. Complete revision of my first review!

Fits on my EOS RP like Canon

Perfect fit! Increases the EOS RP's battery shutter speed from a meager 250 to 500. Keep in mind that Canon's RP was never designed to house the battery pack, so there are two minor inconveniences: To remove the memory card, you have to manipulate it. 2. Again, the RP was not designed for a battery grip, so you need to connect a small cable (about 3 inches) from the grip to the camera's remote port in order to use the vertical trigger on the grip. Despite these two minor inconveniences, thisโ€ฆ

EXACTLY what I was hoping for!

POSITIVE1. It works. Remove the battery cover, insert the artificial battery into the handle slot and tighten. Insert two batteries (press firmly) and turn on the camera as usual. ideal.2. It has a working trigger when you connect the included trigger cable. This makes it more convenient to shoot in portrait mode.3. Improves the overall feel and usability of the camera. We know that RP is too low for most hands. negative1. An external gate cable is required. never mind I'm so glad I got mineโ€ฆ

Definitely a good buy for your RP.

This is a great buy for the money. I was afraid it wouldn't match the look of the RP. I was relieved when I assembled them, they fit very well. We all already know that batteries are small and don't last long, so having two charged batteries is very helpful. I know a lot of people complain about how small the RP is, but honestly I wear a medium sized glove because it's not that bad, but the grip definitely gives you more room to hold on. It feels high-quality and feels good in the hand. If youโ€ฆ
