The advertising for this product was confusing.

The display was a bit confusing. I thought it had a positive and negative connection on both ends, but turns out it only has a positive connection on one end and a negative connection on the other end. I had to buy another cable to get two connections on each end.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Very expensive

Good cable for generators and portable power supplies

This cable is similar to other MC4 solar cables I've used. At the moment it appears to be waterproof and I have no concerns that it will hold up for years of use. However, I will update this review if it doesn't work. I can now recommend it as a soft, flexible cable that is easy to work with.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Blank

Great solar extension.

I've tried solar and alternative energy so these parts really come in handy. Now I have several panels and I need to connect them to the inverter. This is a well-made end-to-end cable with quality ends that connect properly. Will be getting more from this company happy with what they are selling. Very well done, the price of descent, happy to recommend.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Good but not great

Great for solar panels

This is the standard for solar panels and contains some tin. But the gauge is ten, so you can put a lot of current through it without losing a lot of current by using the wrong gauge wire. Only 30 feet, and it says fold 15 feet and cut. However, I need a full thirty yards for another solar project, so I add ten yards of red of the same quality and size, plus the right amount of tin. Keeping the same gauge type for both barrels ensures an even flow of power throughout the system and with fewer…

  • nice thing
