Great Customer Service Software That Fosters Communication

What I like best is how easy it was for our staff members (all with different levels of expertise)to learn this system - they were able to pick up right where we left off! Also love that you can have multiple users within one organization working in tandem; when someone makes an error or changes something by accident another user does not need assistance as much since both are using the same version. There's nothing about which part could be improved upon at this time but if there ever comes…

Pros
  • Ease of use, no learning curve required because most people had basic Excel skills already.
  • Very intuitive interface making navigation very simple even though sometimes daunting task due o complexity involved)
  • Extremely useful program especially helpful during peak holiday season..it literally worked almost too well..we ended needing 3x more than expected!! And then some.lol :)
Cons
  • Nothing really...I'm newish here after transitioning
