Great solution in terms or customer engagement

I like that we can create an activity for any kind of contact with customers via phone calls, emails etc., even if it is not related directly to selling products/services from NBA! It also has very good functionality when creating activities using its templates included out of box; easy integration within Salesforce CRM environment and overall platform stability are two things which make me really happy about this service so far!
