NxThink - great solution for all employee engagement surveys!

I like that it's an easy solution for all our needs, including employee engagement surveys as well! It also has great reporting capabilities so we can easily see how things are going with different departments/groups within our organization. Nothing really - other than maybe more customizations would be nice but this isn't necessarily bad either since they do offer those options if needed. We use NxThink primarily because their customer service team was always helpful when dealing directly or…

  • I like that Nxthink has a great, easy to use, easy to use reporting and engagement surveys

  • I also would like to see more customer service options, but this isn't an easy to do and it's easy to get a customer service team to help

Nexthink - Great platform - easy setup & use

It has been an excellent product for our organization to manage our employee devices, from laptops to iPads to tablets. The ability to customize what devices are allowed on an individual basis has really helped with compliance. Also, since it's cloud-based you have access to everything anywhere. Sometimes it can be slow when we are trying to do something that needs a little bit more time. If you're looking for a tool to help you centralize your mobile device management this is the way to go! Great Way To Monitor Your Customers' Experience

I love that we can track everything as it happens throughout our day, including emails/texts received. We are able to quickly see when something goes wrong or right with an employee's experience so quick fixes can be executed immediately without waiting until end-of-day reporting time! Not much - if any has been fixed for me yet but am hoping this will change soon! It would be great if their customer service team was better though they do respond pretty fast once you reach out via chat after…
