Great solution for streamlining and organisation

The system was easy to use with no training needed as it's all done via an app which makes things easier especially when you do not have access or can't be at your office during business hours etc! It also has some really cool features such us being able to communicate directly from one person/client into multiple people so that they are always kept up-to date of what needs doing next without having too many meetings about everything (which could get annoying).   • The software is easy to use and the system has worked well for our company requirements
Cons
  • The software is a bit expensive and at times it can be a bit confusing to navigate the system however our IT support team has been able to help me get it sorted out so overall it's been a very positive experience!

Excellent customer experience from start until finish

Nexuma has been an excellent partner to work with over the past few years! I like the fact that the platform can be customized to meet the needs of the company. The platform is well-maintained and the customer support team is knowledgeable and helpful. Helps keep track easily along various aspects

Nexium has made our lives easier with its wide range of services like account management, customer support etc which are very helpful to us as we have multiple clients from different industries (finance, healthcare). We use it daily so no complaints here but if you're looking out for something special then I would say go ahead since there's nothing specific that i dislike about this software at all. It does what they claim -it makes life easy- and I'm sure your customers will appreciate it too

  • Wide variety or features available in their system; also provides lots assistance via remote helpdesk access through emails only instead requiring any user being present online when issues occur,
