Helps keep track easily along various aspects

Nexium has made our lives easier with its wide range of services like account management, customer support etc which are very helpful to us as we have multiple clients from different industries (finance, healthcare).
We use it daily so no complaints here but if you're looking out for something special then I would say go ahead since there's nothing specific that i dislike about this software at all. It does what they claim -it makes life easy- and I'm sure your customers will appreciate it too once they start using it.- Account Management/Customer Support / Billing & Invoicing.

Pros

Wide variety or features available in their system; also provides lots assistance via remote helpdesk access through emails only instead requiring any user being present online when issues occur,
Easy invoices generated directly within application without needless exports into excel files manually created
