The shampoo I received is VERY diluted and not clear on how the product should be. Looks like it was mixed with something else 😡

This is my all time shampoo and conditioner but when I received the shampoo it wasn't thick when it came out of the bottle it seemed to me like it was diluted with water . It took me a few washes to lather up.

Really diluted either from the manufacturer or from the seller. The shampoo is of poor quality. I loved this shampoo but will never buy it again

NEXXUS products are great for my hair. Helps prevent damage and doesn't weigh down my fine to fine hair. My only criticism is the packaging. It is difficult to dose the product from bottles, especially for those suffering from arthritis.

My hair was half dyed (my real hair color is black and the bottom half of my hair is full turquoise) and this brand was made for hair care highly recommended to be brightly colored. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week to keep the color from fading. And that was the only good thing about this shampoo/conditioner. On days when I didn't wash my hair, my hair felt incredibly smooth and greasy and my scalp was full of dandruff. It also caused a lot of my hair to break and fall out when I brushed it…
