🔌 NGK (57021) RC-VWC039 Spark Plug Wire Set: Premium Performance Guaranteed Review

Worked well for my 2003 VW Golf with AVH engine. The wires are mislabeled as others have pointed out, but you don't need the labels anyway as each wire is a different length. When I removed my old wires, I saw that two of the pins were badly corroded and the car was misfiring from time to time. I also noticed a slight drop in fuel economy from 28 to 24 last year. It would be great if the new cables brought fuel economy back to normal levels.

Wire #4 is defective. I have ordered a replacement set. They arrived the next day as promised, as did the replacement. The replacements are completely different, do not match the description and #4 are two short ones. They don't even say NGK. I'll try again to get the right replacement. Update - It took 3 tries and I now have 4 working wires. NGK cables are good. I didn't expect any problems. I still find 3 stars faid.

Easy install on my VW 2003 Golf 2.0l. You will certainly appreciate a special tool for loading spark plugs, without tools this is almost impossible. Please note other NGK kits will NOT fit AEG, AZG, AVH 2.0L engines, they will fit but wires 2/3 are mislabeled and wired, just ignore the label and write the correct one number with a marker. I recently replaced the ignition coil pack on my 2.0 AVH engine because I was having terrible misfires in wet weather. I fixed this issue but the engine still fired under load. So I decided it was worth spending $80 on new connector cables. I checked the resistance of the new wires after they arrived. Each was 6k ohms. I removed the old wires and tested their resistance from the shortest to the longest wire. The first 3 wires were all around 6k ohms and I thought I wasted my money just on new…
