Upselling after misleading description and buying an incomplete float kit...

Unfortunately it was exactly what I expected. I didn't have to buy this part just to get the plastic nut and flange on top, but I did... after buying the part I needed to mount on top. It's ridiculous that the part of the lid that always fails at the same time as the float (the nut) can only be bought as part of a fill line. Either sell them all together as a kit or add a float nut AND the fill line.

Replacement tube too short

Niagara Supply Tube part number C2216-1, arrived from Revain, too short. The replacement part looks like new. The attached picture shows the original part and the replacement part. Please note that the replacement part is approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch shorter. The arch at the top of the bend is just too low; The flush bucket in the toilet is not emptied. A bucket of water comes into contact with a copper pipe and interferes with the flush. The pipe replacement will be reimbursed.

I had to adjust the curves a bit to get everything lined up correctly, but it was easy. I suggest that you pay close attention to the location and clearances of the old hose when flushing before removing the old hose. Then attach the new part to the bottom of the tank and repeat the observed alignment. Then fit a…
