2 Flute design makes these ideal for plung cutting when chip removal is not a problem. High Performance for working on Stainless Steel, Titanium and high temperature alloys. Made of extra-fine grade carbide for ultra high transverse rupture strength. Titanium Aluminum Nitride (TiAlN), combines high thermal stability with excellent hardness for abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction, for lubricity. Center Cutting End Mills are designed with "End Teeth" making these ideal for Slotting and Cavity applications.

Disappointing Performance of Milling Accessory

This product did not deliver the promised results. As my tests showed, it left uneven surfaces and had frequent tool breaks. For an industrial and scientific cutting tool, I expected better quality .The only upside was its affordable price. overall, I would not recommend this product..

Based on our own experience this accessory proves to be a game-changer for our milling operations .The roughing and finishing capabilities allow for a more efficient and precise cut, while the durable construction ensures longevity. The Niagara Cutter truly sets itself apart from other milling accessories in the market. However, the only downside we experienced was the higher cost compared to other options. Despite this, we highly recommend this product to anyone in the cutting tools industry..

Excellent Quality Tools

Niagara manufacture end mills of excellent quality. Now they are my constant tool supplier. I only wish they would offer tapered engraving tools.
