So the parts that were on the tips of my stems started to deteriorate (they are less than 9 months old). I made them cover the bare wires of my stems. They fit pretty well. However, they are ineffective in reducing slip. They glide even worse than the ones that come with the goggles. Let's see how well they hold up.

I bought these because the silicone on the arms of my glasses was peeling off and the hard plastic underneath was poking holes in my ears. So I removed the rest of the silicone, poured some soapy water into these guys and with minimal swearing they slid right into place. Now my glasses are comfortable again and as an added bonus they STAY. They no longer slip off my nose when I look down. I would buy them again.

As with many of the reviews I've read, one of my pets (both dog and cat denied it was them) chewed on the temples of my expensive Costa sunglasses . The rubber didn't stay in place and the temple tips were sharp. I've looked at many options and these seem to be the best. My sheets have a plastic frame, not metal, and many of the hangers/socks match the thin metal hangers. It was relatively easy - heating the silicone with a hair dryer helped a bit.
