NicheRMS Review

NicheRMS is a great tool to keep track of all of your police department's records from incident reports, to property/vehicle searches. The interface can be a little clunky at times, but the developers are constantly improving the system. I have been using NicheRMS for over three years now, and have had no issues. NicheRMS is a great tool for a police department. It is easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. The ability to have the system search by multiple fields is a great function.
