Wrong item: my feedback

There is nothing wrong with the item. However I’ve yet to see it. I ordered the bear and reindeer and got two reindeer. I tried to return it and was told they were sending the bear. I received the reindeer again. I tried to try a new order by itself and still received a reindeer. I would love the bear for my son for Christmas, but I’m giving up trying to order it.

Not Jolly the Reindeer

I bought this item because I preferred the Itzy Ritzy Jolly the Reindeer over their Cocoa Bear; however, I was sent the Cocoa Bear. I requested a replacement and it went through, but now the image on this item has changed to Cocoa the Bear. The headline and the descriptions still refer to Jolly the Reindeer. I have not received the replacement yet, but the image has changed, so I don't have high hopes for getting the product I was originally advertised and purposefully bought.

Cute but not a reindeer

Super cute but not the reindeer I bought. I got a brown bear instead. Not a big enough inconvenience to return as my cousin will still enjoy.

  • The Santa design may only have limited seasonal appeal, making it less useful for year-round use.

I thought i was the only one

I thought i was the only one who ordered the bear TWICE and got the reindeer both times. I'm so sad because I really wanted the bear, its really silly they are listed separately just say you get what u get.
