I bought this because my son loves Paw Patrol. It's made of hard plastic and looks strong and sturdy, looks good quality to me so I bought 2 seats. Although the potty is suitable, it tends to move back and forth, so it's not safe to let my son walk alone or he'll fall down the toilet. I returned both seats.
