Using a 150 watt light source. I have a 30 gallon Aqua Japan AIO that was launched 3 months ago. First I immediately noticed a big difference in my corals. What I did was buy a 1/2" tall 1" wide aluminum frame and just split the frame 2 pieces into 3 pieces to lay 3/4 inch and 2 inch wide strips of wood, and then I glued small, narrow pieces around the posts. This allows you to remove the aluminum posts to access the tank covers and remove the tank covers.
