I ordered this because I liked the hearts on the belt. The belt I received was with a bow tie, no hearts. I thought it was a one-time mistake so I ordered a replacement, but no. The replacement item was also wrong. The packaging says it MUST be a heart strap. Except for the actual item no. total fraud.
