It deserves a zero star because the shoes were dirty inside out and there was some sand or sugar in the shoes. You're selling me used old shoes for a hundred bucks? WTH! I return them and will never trade them for others as I hate this type of business!

I ordered these shoes to wear when walking the dog or on a business trip. I'm pleasantly surprised that they're good for running too. They are easy to put on and fit snugly without constricting. I ordered half a size up, which is what I usually do with athletic shoes. They support my high arches well.

In general I like these shoes but they run small. I usually wear an 8 and although I bought them a size 8-1/2 they are a little tight in the toe area. 8 would be impossible. I was worried they would dangle without the laces, but for now the shoe's upper stays snug. I like that the fabric is soft and stretchy. Many shoes are too stiff - they cut into the ankle or the top of the foot. But not this one. That's what convinced me to leave her.
