great light on Light Bars

I've had this bulb on my Subaru for a long time. i really like it I had no problems with malfunctions or water ingress. it's incredibly bright. You'll dazzle oncoming traffic even during the day. I should add that the adjustment screws on the brackets are a bit difficult to reach once installed. I would buy this again without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and buy a wiring harness for it. I hope this review helps! It's a Midwestern man. Until then!

Big potential, big disappointment

This lightbar is exceptional. The wiring is thick and seems to stand up to the elements. Its light output is incredible. Unfortunately I'm giving this product 1 star due to the poor quality of the mounts. The light comes with 8 screws to attach the lightbar to 2 adjustable mounting brackets. Out of 8 I had 5 with cross threads and broke off. I am a trained carpenter and consider myself to be mechanically inclined. If there was another way, I would go this way. I'm willing to change my rating…

Bright but actually closer to 24 watt light

I had the idea of running this lightbar with a 10 amp relay. According to the specification, the light is 126 watts at 12 volts, which is about 10.5 amps. That's too much for a 10 amp relay. Even if you calculate the output voltage of a car battery as 13.5 volts, that means 9 amps, but it's still close. I got the light tonight and even though my multimeter is supposed to only read 10 amps I decided to try and test it anyway because I figured it would be better to fry my multimeter than my car…

Bright and beautiful

After reading several reviews of this lamp I didn't know what to expect. The light was well packaged and boxed in a double box so there were no problems with damage in transit. When I opened it I was surprised at how heavy it seemed. This is not a cheap plastic lantern and it appears to be very well made. I was concerned that the mounting brackets might have issues due to other people's issues, but they were fine. The mounts themselves feel a bit flimsy, but once installed they feel solid…

I purchased this LED bar for my 2005 Nissan Xterra and based my decision on the many positive reviews here and the perceived durability of this particular bar.
