For a variety of different reasons, I have a disposition that is unfavorable toward Nintendo as a firm. The corporation has created a cult of admirers around itself, and a sizeable portion of those people buy up all of the garbage that the company produces at outrageously inflated prices. At the same time, a particular halo came into existence, which stated things like "Nintendo is not like Sony or Microsoft" and "Nintendo does not participate in the console race," along with other drivel that was comparable to the mantras recited by sectarians. In the same year that Sony came out with its virtual reality goggles, Nintendo came out with a pack of cardboard (and no, that's not a euphemism; Nintendo Labo isn't making this up). This, in fact, sums it everything well. To believe that the parameters of approach are not applicable to Nintendo, as they are to other firms, is already an illness. Nintendo is a company, just like everyone else's, and to believe otherwise is a disease.
The pricing policy of the corporation is the primary source of criticism for the company. In contrast to Sony and even more so Steam, it is typical for Nintendo to charge the same amount for re-releases of older titles, including ports. Wolfenstein 2 is expected to be the most popular video game between the years 2022 and 4200. Diablo 3 will be released in 2022 and will have a port for the PS3 in 2022. That old of a game still holds up very well, doesn't it? The game of 2022 will be Syberia 2 for the 2600. The game has been around for 15 years. Indecently naive. This is about ports since the exclusives that Nintendo offers, such as titles about a pink bun for 4200 and a mustachioed plumber with a baby's body, are often insufficient. In terms of the prices, it is also important to note that there have been almost no price reductions at all. A video game that was made available on the Nintendo eShop three to four years ago may still be worth the full price, as it was when it was first made available. Price cuts, or percentage reductions over time? What exactly are you going on about? Before you make a purchase, ask yourself if you are willing to purchase a re-release of a game that was released ten years ago at the price of a new game simply because it was released on Switch, knowing that the costs of these titles will not be reduced in the years to come. I am not attempting to minimize anyone's achievements in any way. This is the current state of Nintendo's reality.
