Try Proraso Sensitive Balm (White) instead of

I'm not sure what Nivea/Beiersdorf have done over the years. From 2004 to 2010 this was my aftershave. It used to have a slightly sweeter scent and was really moisturizing. Now I apply it after shaving with the same tools and cream as I did in 2004 and it does nothing but tingle, blush and at the end of the day my skin is drier than right after shaving. . Apparently they added an ingredient that no longer suits my skin. A lot of people write great reviews for this product, but it doesn't work…

I ordered it for my husband because he complained about it.

I ordered this for my husband because he complained of skin irritation after shaving. He says it works wonders and doesn't irritate! I also ordered shaving gel for sensitive skin.

Smells great. Not greasy

Bought for BF. He got these ugly bumps after shaving and redness under his chin. After a few days of use, it was very noticeable that the redness and bumps had disappeared. Smells great. Not greasy. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Woman Likes Best in Skin Care

Bought this set of 3 bottles in Feb 2021 to soothe my sensitive scalp and aftershave face to baby butt smoothness. Now, 4 months later (June 2021), I'm just about to run out of the first of three bottles. I'm honestly not a big fan of this scent as it reminds me of patchouli oil (a thing some dirty "hippies" use to cover up their body odour). It's a faint scent in my opinion and doesn't last that long on me, but that's how I feel about it. However, my wife disagrees and says she loves the smell

Lightly perfumed, soothing, non-greasy

I used to use Proraso's aftershave balm for sensitive skin until they changed the formula a few years ago and I found the smell of the new version off-putting. and stuck too long. This Nivea product is quite similar to the old Proraso formula, maybe a slightly more runny consistency and less interesting taste, but functionally it seems about the same, so I'll just buy it now.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works well as an aftershave but not as a primer

Bought as a primer (I've heard about some cheap cosmetics) but the fresh guy smell is too strong for me. My friends said it smelled like I rubbed the guy's face under my arm after he used old spice! Worked well as a primer but I had to give it to my younger brother to use as intended; as aftershave. I think you really get what you pay for haha😂

Pros
  • Long lasting coverage
Cons
  • Weak fixation

An economical way to refill Norelco shaving conditioner cartridges!

I bought this because I was sick of paying over $30 for a pack of 3 cartridges for my Norelco shaver which I think is the best electric shaver Norelco has ever made. Refill cartridges are only available outside the US and have become very expensive. Empty cartridges can easily be refilled with another shaving product. This was the first one I chose as it is also made by Nivea and is very similar to the OEM product, both in consistency and razor sharp application. It's not greasy or sticky like…

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • There are flaws

One of those rare products that deserves SIX stars

I'm a fan. I've tried almost every brand of shaving balm. Speick, Tabac, Proraso, Cella, whatever, I've tried. I even tried a related product, Nivea Cooling Balm. Some of these products were very good. This product (Nivea Sensitive) is by far the best aftershave balm I have ever used. If you suffer from mild to severe razor burn, irritation or discomfort, this product will likely relieve the irritation and promote a speedy recovery. It soothes my skin almost immediately. With a blend of vitamin

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Useless features

Bought this set of 3 bottles in February 2021 to soothe my sensitive scalp and aftershave to achieve the suppleness of a baby's bottom.
