Description of NMC Lockout Tag LOTAG36 - Enhanced Safety Measures, DANGER

Front of tag reads, "Do Not Operate - This lock/tag may only be removed by:" followed by two blank lined areas labeled "Name," "Dept," and "Expected Completion". Red, white, and black "Danger" logo and diagonal red and white stripes on both sides for high visibility. 15 mil vinyl is water and chemical resistant. 6 x 3" tag includes 3/8" diameter hole for fastening and reinforced brass grommet for longer wear. Tensile strength of 6,300 psi to help resist unauthorized removal.

Excellent Safety Signal for Workplaces

After trying this product in our industrial and scientific workplace, I can confidently say that it is an excellent safety signal for all workspaces. The tag's high-quality material makes it durable and reliable when it comes to preventing accidents, and its bold label of "danger" easily captures everyone's attention. The only downside is that it comes in a pack of 25, making it expensive for small businesses. Nonetheless, it is a worthwhile investment for larger companies prioritizing…

These tags have worked well for us indoors.

These tags have performed well indoors. However, they did not tolerate the insults of having employees outside or carrying them on belt loops or in pockets.
