What the hell is sheerness?

Doesn't matter, this works pretty well. No problems. I think the selector control is actually upside down, but maybe that's me.

Pros
  • Super mini 4(1)-IN-1(4)-OUT 3.5mm Audio selector designed for customers having several audio sources and outputs
Cons
  • Requires a steady hand to switch between audio sources

This product is designed with the sole function of plugging in multiple audio devices. It only has one job - simple. So why is it SO BAD! The horrible audio feedback happens when more than 1 audio device is plugged in. If I wanted to plug in only 1 device at a time, I wouldn't need this product at all.I'm going through the major hassle of returning this defective one and waiting 2 weeks for another one and having to go somewhere to print a return label and drop off the return item. That's a…

Pros
  • Volume control; One key to mute; Passive device; No power and drive needed; Won't affect sound quality
Cons
  • The price is higher than other audio switchers

There's no other product like it in the market

This is my second time ordering these. First was with 3 input and 2 out, this time with 4 to 1 input/output. It's very compact and I hide under my desk.

Pros
  • Compact size makes it easy to store and transport
Cons
  • Switching between devices may cause audio interruptions

Cool, but. good for me

I really like the design, I REALLY wanted to like this product, but the IN/OUT jack is so finnicky. The cable that plugs into has to be angled specifically, or the signal won't read and you'll just get static. Incredibly frustrating for an otherwise cool product.

Pros
  • I like this item so much I bought a second one. So easy to connect, even easier to use.
Cons
  • Aesthetically unappealing

Works as advertised

Unit works as advertised. My two inputs are my phone and my computer to drive the single output which is my computer speakers. Sound is crisp and clear with no distortion and really appreciate the volume knob which is much more convenient to adjust volume vs. using my phone. The mute button is also great as I can quickly silence music when I receive a call on my laptop.

Pros
  • Distribution
Cons
  • No built-in amplification

I still need to test with other cables of better quality, but I used this to monitor 4 separate recording decks (Kipro, Pix-E, Shogun, PC) from the headphone jack while using my main headphones as a reference. I don't know if I bought the wrong type of 1/8 to 1/8 cables or the quality was so bad in these cables that I needed better manufacture but I only got enough sound out of the box to tell there was signal and it was very low quality compared to the actual recording (Records were fine) I am

Pros
  • Offers four input and four output ports, providing plenty of flexibility
Cons
  • No audio equalizer

3.5 mm stereo audio switch selector

The product appears and feels very cheap, but it actually works. I did not have the issues with the volume control knob as others claimed, however the 3.5 mm plug-ins are not solid, as they move a bit as if they are loose. I had to jiggle them a bit to get the sound to work. Overall the unit is a great concept and does work, but I'm not sure how long it will hold up. I do believe this should be in the $15 dollar price range as it's very cheaply made and most likely won't last long. I paid…

Pros
  • Allows for easy integration with existing audio setups
Cons
  • Possible audio imbalance issues

Volume Switch Problems

Just got the product and the volume switch doesn't function properly. I am contacting the seller. The product itself has promise. It switches channels as expected and I like the design. If the seller helps me fix the knob, we'll be at 5 stars (I'm prepared to solder/de-solder things).

Pros
  • How to use: ① 1 audio source => Select 4 speakers / headphones; ② 4 audio sources => Choose 1 speaker / headphone
Cons
  • Possible audio latency issues

Great Little Controller

Great simple little input selector and volume control. Quality build, controls have a good feel and it doesn't take up much space on the desk. It has no noticeable change on the audio quality and adds no new noises.

Pros
  • Can be used with a wide range of audio equipment, including TVs, gaming consoles, and turntables
Cons
  • No audio enhancement features

The Little Bear is great for using multiple video/audioformats into 1 compact CD/stereo amplifier for superbsound output. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • So far very happy with it and good qualify on top !!
Cons
  • Limited compatibility with certain speaker models

Does the job: my feedback

Very simple to use. It's not powered but signal loss isn't bad for my use. Wish all the ports were on the same side but no biggy.

Pros
  • Notice: new version has fixed the volume adjustment issue. Direct replacement or refund for defective devices. Prompt and courteous customer service.
Cons
  • Possibility of sound loss on specific input ports

Great little switch with 4 channels and a mute button

I use this switch every day to change between 2 sets of speakers and 2 pairs of headphone I have at my desk. The volume control is a little weird- the first 3/4 of the turn controls 10% of the volume and the last 1/4 turn goes from quiet to VERY loud. Besides this, it has a mute button, and it looks really cool

Pros
  • Compact, easy to operate.
Cons
  • The size may be larger than expected

Average, has issues but usable, worth keeping

I like the unit, the volume up and down is scratchy when adjusting but I can live with it.FYI this is a 1 in and 1 out with the ability to switch between 4 possible connections, it doesn't split 1 into 4 or condense 4 into 1I didn't understand this the way it was written and needed to split 1 signal into 4 so into the drawer with all the other adaptors to use if needed in the future.

Pros
  • Nobsound
Cons
  • Passive speakers may not produce enough sound

Works Very Well good for me

Product works quite well. I paired mine with an in/out unit from the same manufacturer to create an audio switcher. I can now easily switch between my four computers and have the audio piped to either my headphones or my stereo amplifier. Tip: use gold 3.5mm cables to prevent the dreaded ground-loop-hum.

Pros
  • Simple setup means you can start using it right away
Cons
  • No advanced audio settings

Works like a charm in my review

Perfect solution for a compact mix unit. Using it to switch between inputs for a radio stream feed. Works great. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • 4.2 ounces
Cons
  • No status indicators

Small, simple and does the job

Wanted a small simple and cheap audio selection with volume for various phones and PCs to connect to one speaker setup. In particular didn't want the digital control type which sometimes crash and leave you grasping to unplug the inputs when things go wrong. This unit fits the bill. Input selection by rotary knob is simple and noise free. Volume control is very smooth and 'feels right'. Mute button also works as expected with no annoying crackle or pop.The only down side with this is that the…

Pros
  • High-quality construction ensures long-lasting durability
Cons
  • Possibility of audio lag

**FAR** LESS than I expected

and even more updated review. this thing is really a **BAD** purchase. as i've used it over the last couple of weeks, i was beginning to think something was wrong with my computer sound. but just now i plugged my headphones directly into the computer and guess what the Nobsound Little Bear is the cause of the sound degradation. *DO* *NOT* *WASTE* *YOUR* *MONEY* *ON* *THIS* *THING*!updated review. well, to go along with other reviewers, the range in the volume control IS annoying. i've decided…

Pros
  • Ideal for use in smaller setups where space is at a premium
Cons
  • Limited audio range

Select a device. best in my review

Does exactly what it should. May need to buy y cable if you have two devices that you want to run at the same time. Can’t figure out how to put on the rubber feet.

Pros
  • Selector Switch Boxes
Cons
  • No warranty

Little Bear MC104 (Red)

The Little Bear MC104 is a great little splitter. No noise introduced playing thru device. The knobs are silky smooth and I have not noticed any problems with volume being dampened that I read about in other reviews. One thing that I would suggest are rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding around on the desk.

Pros
  • Nice product
Cons
  • May require additional cables

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Exactly what I was looking for.

This thing works exactly as I needed it to. The small size is great, considering my desk is already extremely cluttered with other stuff. I only have a single set of speakers, but have a laptop, a stand alone monitor with a switch and a Raspberry Pi connected, and an all in one stereo unit that all need to run through the same speakers. Constantly having to swap the speaker cable over was really annoying, especially considering some of the headphone outputs are in rather inconvenient places…

Pros
  • Allows for easy switching between multiple audio sources
Cons
  • Limited audio output options
