Seems to work well. So far I have used this on 6061, 1018, 1045 and SS 316. All with good results. Also works well as a fruit peeler on straight edges. It seems like the Edge is a bit sharper, but it's pretty effective.
I work How the cooling is installed. And it's always good to have a good deburring tool with you. I used the tools from Home Depot, they're really only good for a while. Cheap material and then I saw a colleague with this deburring tool. First I asked where. Do you understand. And here. I'm the best at removing burrs. size and quality. If you are interested, don't think much, you will be happy with this purchase.
I bought this to replace my Husky brand deburring tool which I lost at work. I think somewhere in the attic. I was expecting the tool to work the same as the Husky brand I got from a home storage facility. Man what's the difference! This thing is so sharp it glides almost effortlessly across soft metals like brass, copper, and aluminum. He laughs in the face of harder metals like stainless steel and steel. Wow just wow. I will never go back to smaller deburring tools after using one of theseβ¦
