In my application the holes in the protective cover did not line up with the holes in the new back plate. Another long screw is needed to attach the cover to the wall with the new back panel. You will also need to use one of the self tapping screws to drill through the new back plate to attach the cover.

There were a few wiring changes, mostly very straightforward and not a problem, but there were a few issues that needed clarification.
