The 6 filters I bought are said to be MERV 12. There are filters. The item picture shows a label on the filter that clearly identifies the MERV class, but the filters I received have no label at all. I have no idea what MERV filters I have here. The design of the filters seems fine, but one of them is slightly bent. The packaging is pretty simple.
