I love this pan. This was my first time making a sheet cake and I was nervous hearing horror stories about the center never cooking. This pan works perfectly! After cooling, the cake comes off easily and doesn't stick at all. I only give 4 stars because the pan was dented.

I love baking and this is my first quality baking sheet! So far I've used it to make dozens of different types of cookies and it's done a great job. The mold seems very strong and doesn't warp in the oven 💪🏼 When baking I used parchment paper to keep the mold nice and clean.

I always buy non-stick bakeware and wonder if you need them or not! Wow these pans are amazing. I use them with Silpat but when food gets to the edges it comes off easily. A photo of the frying pan after cooking the fries and a clean frying pan. Just grab them and stop frustrating about cleaning. FYI, the silpats that fit in these pans are half a sheet and a roll sized.

Well the pan is excellent everything is fine except for one very odd gross thing. As I go to get the packaging box that fits past the dryer and straight into the pallet, I see dirty footprints like someone stepped on the paper/cardboard material! How could this even happen from production to packaging to the shelf when there is something seriously wrong with the process it comes from? I even see the Reebok logo on the shoeprint! I had to wash very carefully, but the pan is good.

This pan is more expensive than normal Scandinavian pans. Yes, and they cost more. They're worth it if you're a serious baker. The ribbed base keeps cookies, bread and anything else on the surface of the pan and allows the oven to cook the entire batch very evenly. This is my favorite baking tray. The size is perfect for everyday use and the textured bottom definitely helps with food sticking. I'd still recommend cooking spray if you know it sticks, but even on its own it does a pretty good job on nonstick.
