Nordic Ware Great Cookie Book Review

I received this book in a gift set and was excited to try the recipes. I have tried two recipes so far. Coconut Cranberry Cookies are delicious. The reason I only give it three stars is because of one of the recipes in the first section of the book. The creamy cookie with raspberry jam and fresh raspberries just seemed like a fabulous mix. Tried the recipe twice. The dough became very dry and at first I thought I put too much flour in it. I did it a second time with the same result. 4 egg yolks
