Browning, flavor, easy to clean

Stainless steel easily cleans in the dishwasher without staining/oxidation. Chicken in dry brine browns beautifully in just a 180ยฐ turn. In my oven, when cooking, fold a 5" strip of foil on the bottom rack to protect the neck/top of the breast from over-browning about 5" x 5". Instead of turning the chicken a few times in a shallow pan, I only have to turn it once. Best of all, the juice that drips into the cup/collector is KILLER! Mixed with some crรจme fraรฎche and drizzled with carved chicken,

This is an amazing product. I bought a second one to roast two chickens at once. It's slightly more expensive than other "beer can" replacements, but none of the competing products have proven as easy to use or clean. Rub the chicken with Cajun or other dry spread, pour half a can of beer into the cavity (the perforated lid will come off), place the chicken on top, cook at 450ยฐC for 45-50 minutes (until a meat thermometer says everything is ready) and you're done. have a perfectly cooked wetโ€ฆ

Finest American Quality and Engineering

This is a fine piece of American quality and engineering. I studied chicken lists and settled on this model. It was highly praised with few exceptions. The one star rating came from those who didn't read the assembly instructions. The instructions are simple and putting it together was easy and smart. I roasted an 8 lb chicken at 400 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. (I have an air grill. For those who don't roast at 425) I added beer, lemon juice and sprigs of rosemary to the tea leaves. The bird

but it was so good that I plan on making this version again first

I've had no trouble cooking delicious and juicy turkeys, but for some reason I've always found cooking a whole chicken intimidating. I don't know why, but with this little gadget anyone can cook a juicy, crispy chicken that rivals June Cleaver. For convenience, the first time I filled the tea infuser with cheap Miller Lite beer and coated the inside and outside of a 4 lb bird with oil and spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano to taste) and then placed Pour the entireโ€ฆ

So easy and good! in small household appliances

Wow! It makes a great fried chicken with little effort. I bought it because the American Test Kitchen gave it high marks. The most delicious and reliable chicken I've ever eaten - really! I had easy access to the lemon tree, so I squeezed the juice to pour into a brew mug. Then I rubbed the bird with olive oil and seasoned it heavily with lemon pepper. Baked in a convection oven for an hour. Wow it was so juicy and tender with a crispy crust. I've done the same thing twice and both times haveโ€ฆ

Juicy and crispy roast chicken with a crispy crust.

I bought this product thinking it would make delicious fried chicken. I have to say I was not only wonderfully surprised at how crispy the chicken was, but also how incredibly juicy it was. But I've used some advanced techniques to help with that. First I kept the bird in the fridge for a few hours before taking it out, drying it with paper towels and letting it sit at room temperature for an hour. about four slits along the back for draining fat; poked about 10 holes in the skin for moreโ€ฆ

On our second and I love these things

I recently had to replace our first Norpro roaster. On the old one, the seam began to diverge where the glass "beer can" is attached. At first I thought it was premature until I looked at our order history and saw that the old order was over four years old. As far as we're using it, that means he roasted about 100 chickens. I am satisfied with this longevity. I've cooked beer can chicken and once made beer can turkey at a smokehouse. If you like roast chicken in the oven, then this gadget isโ€ฆ
