These are cute little lights. They are about 1.5 inches tall and have a frosted dome to block the light. The colors are nice and bright, with smooth transitions between colors. I noticed 10 of my 12 were rattling, some louder than others, so I opened one up to see what was rattling around. As you can see from my photos, a small plastic light cover in the dome has fallen off. I just used fine tweezers to remove the bottoms from each light and put the plastic cover back on. LOVE these! They're small, about the size of an adult's palm, but quite bright. I've placed 4 in our bathroom and 4 in my kids room as night lights and they provide enough light to walk around without turning on the overhead light. They are cheap for a reason. My kids loved using them before bed (8yrs and 3yrs). The lights alternate between different colors in a predetermined pattern. Some colors appear very bright while others appear very dull. The children learned that with a light touch they would start over at the first color. The lights are small and easily lost in furniture or toys. Very light weight. They don't have an auto-off timer or anything, so they got lost and died within two days. I wish I could screw them…
