The ability to send out automated emails, track open rates/click throughs etc., create landing pages with multiple forms of content (such as video), manage social media campaigns from one platform - all in real time! The ability to create lead capture page templates is limited
It's easy to use, intuitive platform that allows you to create multiple campaigns at once without having to do too much setup or coding yourself! I wish there was an option for more granular targeting of content (e.g., sending specific emails only to certain cohorts). Also would be nice if they allowed us to send messages from our own email addresses rather than using their service provider. We're looking forward to seeing what other features are in store down the road as we grow with themβ¦
