Very durable product. The stainless steel pans are easy to clean and the bottom is easy to wipe clean. Handy for a buffet table or a festive feast when you need to heat multiple dishes. The pans hold decent portions. The only complaint I have is that the pot lids are a little flimsy, but hopefully they will hold up with careful storage. It exceeded expectations. Or maybe I didn't know what to expect. But i really like it. Easy cleaning is just as important as reliability and good design. The trays also last longer than I expected and the food stays warm without drying out. At least that was my experience when I used it once. I also like the fact that I can place casseroles or other heat-resistant containers on the hot plate and don't have to use baking trays. It also looks beautiful. I hope to use it over and over again…

Today this baby broke and everyone was impressed with its setup. Looks very professional and clean. I love that you can remove the frame and 3 separate baking sheets should you want to use it as a tray, but I was surprised that the frame was separate. I bought a NutriChef food warmer in anticipation of some Christmas parties. I used it for Thanksgiving and it worked exactly as I hoped! I used one pan for roasted Brussels sprouts, another for £10. Mashed potatoes and a third for the turkey sauce. I was pleasantly surprised at how much each pot could hold, and it maintained the perfect temperature without over drying or burning the soil.
