Horrible Taste - Sports Nutrition

I don't understand the good reviews. I can't say anything about the effectiveness of the electrolyte. All I know is that orange tastes like Alka-Seltzer and I will never drink it. I've spent my money!

Eternity Dissolves

I took this type of pill as a kid, bought it just to diversify my water play and I couldn't believe how long it takes for it to dissipate! It also looks like you'll have to make 1 8oz tablet, but the flavor is still a little weak.

Great taste, less sugar

My marathon doctor recommended these as a Gatorade replacement. I really like her. Tastes just as good as Gatorade but focuses on electrolytes and eliminates sugar. Note that the pills will dissolve in minutes, so of course you'll want a drink before you run.
