Excellent customer service. Almost a year after I bought this whipped cream I only had an issue with the liner (I think it was my fault for overfilling) so I emailed the company and asked if I could order just that part . I'll gladly pay for that. They replied within 12 hours and said they will send me a brand new whipped cream machine for free and I don't need to return a broken machine to save my money and inconvenience. I have a lot of experience with different whippers and one of the most common problems is finding one that has a smooth surface and screws onto the lid with little effort . On this model, like many others on the market, metal on metal, a squeaky feel when screwing. Which is good, but requires a bit more strength, especially at the gas capsule puncture point. Unit worked perfectly under heavy use at 10 months of age after consuming over 10,000 N02 bottles.
