working properly. It took a minute to figure out how to remove the bottom to get at the sockets, but no big deal. Works just as well as my other one (other brand) so I guess it's ok.

FOR THE PRICE THIS IS THE BEST BLUETOOTH RECEIVER YOU WILL FIND THERE. MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRODUCT, SOUND IS CLEAR, VOLUME IS EXCELLENT, NO DETECTIVE DISTORTION, DISTANCE IS NO PROBLEM FOR MY NEEDS AT THE MOMENT.

I initially gave this product 2 stars because of the poor sound quality, but it turned out that my device was defective. I sent the unit back not considering a replacement but the guys at AV House were kind enough to contact me for further action and offered to try and replace the unit. After 2 days the device was at my door, I connected it in 3 minutes and WOW, great connection, great sounds! Thank you AV House for your excellent customer service skills and support of your product!

This receiver works well: I connected it to my old stereo without any problems. Setup is clean and simple, and once paired, it just works. Both my computer and phone connect automatically with no issues. Unfortunately, my Bluetooth mouse is interfering with the speakers (they hiss and bounce when I move them), but I'm told that's probably to be expected. The transparent, strong packaging of this product is designed to attract attention; I did not expect this.
